Position Summary:
The Human Factors Researcher will play a critical role in conducting research within the field of anthropology, specifically focusing on human factors. Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills and Qualifications:
1. Master's degree or higher in Anthropology, Human Factors, or a related field.
2. Strong knowledge and understanding of anthropological theories, concepts, and research methodologies.
3. Demonstrated experience in conducting research within the field of anthropology, specifically focusing on human factors.
4. Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research methods, including ethnographic studies, surveys, interviews, and observations.
5. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify patterns and trends.
6. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively present research findings and insights.
